Dandadan Ep. 04

After being aggressively rejected, Momo Ayase finds herself sulking when she finds a boy being bullied. Saved by her reckless kindness, the alien-obsessed boy tries to talk to her about the space interest he thinks they share. Rejecting his claims, Ayase states that he instead believes in ghosts, which starts an argument between the two about which one is real.

In a bet to determine who is right, the two decide to separately visit locations related to outer space and the supernatural—Ayase visits the former and the boy visits the latter. When the two arrive at their respective places, it turns out that nothing is wrong and that aliens and ghosts do exist.

This marks the start of Ayase and the boys' adventures, as they try to fix the surreal, supernatural, and extraterrestrial elements around them in order to return to normal life.
