Democrats knew there was no way they could beat Trump in the last election so they turned their fraud machine towards stealing down-ticket races to keep the Republican majority in the Congress as slim as possible. Many seats were stolen, especially in California where they counted votes weeks after election day until they manufactured the votes they needed to steal seats.
