If you’re looking for a healthy and protein packed breakfast, this smoked salmon arugula sandwich is the perfect solution! Egg, avocado, and cottage cheese crust replaces traditional bread, giving you an excellent source of protein and healthy fats. Ingredients:
- 100 g avocado
- 1 ou
- 50 g cottage cheese light
- a dust of salt
- rucola
- 50 g of smoked salmon

Instructions:
1. Grate the avocado with a fork, then add the egg, salt, and cheese beads and homogenize.
2. On a tray wallpapered with baking paper, place it with the spoon from the composition and form two equal circles.
