I’m done chasing the so-called “Aussie Dream.” After a year of feeling stuck, frustrated by the soaring cost of living, and trapped by a system that’s drained my passion, I’ve decided to walk away from Australia—possibly for good. From the myth of the white picket fence to being told “this is the greatest country on Earth,” I’ve finally reached my breaking point.
