This upcoming Friday, January 17, 2025 at 7 pm CST on episode #37 of Into the Fire, I will be joined by special guest Mike Elam and former guest Danny Cupples for a Part 2 episode where we will focus on the Sheriff Bufford Pusser Ambush that happened in 1973 and resulted in his wife Pauline Pusser being murdered, and Sheriff Pusser getting shot and surviving the attack. Was it an ambush, or was it staged... Pauline Pusser was exhumed approximately 56 years after the murder and currently the case remains unsolved but is actively being investigated by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
