-arbitering the duel like in boxing, w/o map scores but based on more complex analysis and view, that take into account strategies, beauty of movement, variation of weapon usage and other things

Ignoring the tech test, this is my work in progress, q3tourney4 modification with same architecture that is relevant to map navigation, so that older demos can run fine on this legendary map

I will also build a variant to this map, more adapted for the gameplay that I will build once I start rewriting code for the game -because gameplay although great is in a way too simplistic for my taste (the goal is to be 30% quake skill gratification, 30% luck and another 30% reward for brain strategies that work without quake skills)
