Sophisticated and SAVORY Three Olive Bread Recipe

Packed full of three different types of olives and a hint of lemon and thyme make this a real rustic old style bread. Perfect as a dipping bread and goes great with dinner. Super easy to make and these can be ready in under four hours. This makes two loaves and one may be frozen to use later. A lot of olives were used but you may want to cut them back a little, I just like lots of them.

Recipe: (makes two loaves)
16 oz Warm Water
4 Cups Bread Flour
1 1/4 Teaspoon Instant Yeast
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon dried Thyme
Lemon Zest
1 Jar sliced and pitted Kalamata Olives
1 Jar Stuffed Green Olives
1 Small can sliced Black Olives
A little extra flour for rolling the dough in

Proof for 1 1/2 hours in a warm place
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes
