Death on the Operating Table

Pamela was the 38-year-old mother of two children, one of whom had Down syndrome, when she checked into Shallowford Community Hospital in Dunwoody, Georgia to abort her 11-week unborn baby. Dr. Wendell Phillips was supposed to pump carbon dioxide into her abdomen, but instead he pumped the gas straight into her bloodstream, killing her nearly instantly.
