STRAWBERRY JAM IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL FRUIT TO TURN INTO JAM AND IS THE MOST POPULAR IN OUR HOME. ITS ONE OF THE EASIEST FRUITS TO WORK WITH AND IS GREAT FOR A BEGINNER TO LEARN WITH. WE USE THE RECIPE OUT OF THE BALL CANNING RECIPE BOOKS (WE USED THREE POUNDS OF STRAWBERRIES) AND PLEASE REFER TO THEM AS A REFERENCE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND EVERYONE HAS SLIGHLTY DIFFERENT RECIPE AND WAYS OF MAKING JAM. ENJOY MAKING THESE!
