Sen. Warner Supports 90-Day Delay of TikTok Ban

Sen. Mark Warner, Ranking Member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, says he’s in favor of a 90-day delay of the upcoming TikTok ban that’s scheduled for January 19th. In late December, President Trump filed an amicus brief in support of TikTok, requesting SCOTUS delay enforcement of the Jan. 19th ban to allow for a political resolution.
