Performing a few different movements to really build up some strength in the biceps, triceps and shoulders with high repetition.

Muscle Mass and strength is determined my TUT which is Time Under Tension. The longer your muscles are working against a resistance the more you'll stimulate the muscles. That means that VOLUME is super important.

Many people go to the gym and try to lift as heavy as possible, and while that might be a good approach, it's also smart to switch it up a bit, especially if you're looking for muscle mass and hypertrophy.

Often times someone who has been training for maximum weight will get WAY more muscle soreness after doing a high volume style workout. That means confusing the muscle, keeping things fresh, you're growing, getting stronger, and building close towards your fitness goals.

Bands can be an excellent way to get in a quality workout from anywhere, anytime.
