Coach Zach assisted by Coach Tash are going to take you through this Monday Morning Shoulder Shredder LIVE Workout!

All you need is a pair of dumbbells, and be sure to choose a weight that is manageable but also challenging. This will MAXIMIZE the effectiveness of this workout and lead to more strength and muscle gains 💪.

Anyone who's either a beginner to fitness, or just wanting to look a little better in their own skin I usually say we should start with the shoulders. I recommend this because of the two main reasons. Its a great start to get some movements with the upper body, because it only take relatively light weights to get a great pump.

Also aesthetically the shoulders are the BEST place to start because for women they help you achieve that "hourglass shape" without having the lose a crazy amount of weight. Also for men that help you build a strong "Dorito" shaped upper body and will help fill out your shirts.

This is an excellent start to the week, building and developing those shoulders for a nice way to ease into the work week.
