Kyle, a devout faithful Catholic from Buffalo, says Father Robert Yetter made sexual advances on him in 2013. But Father Yetter remains a priest in Amherst, despite this and two other allegations. The response from Bishop Malone? "We have no obligation" to report on the allegations, Malone wrote in an email, because Kyle was an adult, not a child.
