Posted • January 15, 2025: Ron DeSantis hit the ground running with plans to support the Trump immigration agenda on the statewide level. 🚨 Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announces a new law that will allow LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT to DEPORT illegal aliens if Trump signs off on it. He is also going to appoint a "State Immigration Enforcement Officer" that coordinates with Trump. THIS IS A HUGE proposal. "They [locals] should be empowered to detain and DEPORT people who are here illegally." The proposal will also include: NEW criminal penalties that apply on the STATE level for illegal entry. Not just a federal crime - a state crime. - Repeal in-state tuition for illegal aliens. - Require voter registration affirmation of citizenship. - Heighten penalties for voter fraud committed by illegals. - Mandate ID verification for ALL remittance transfers. - Broaden gang enforcement. - Create a presumption that illegal aliens are FLIGHT RISKS and thus, deny bail for any that are being held.
