Have you ever watched Robocop (1988) closely? There are a series of bits in between the main plot featuring fake news stories & commercial parodies...mixed in among those is a very interesting story about a Directed Energy Weapon (Laser-Based "Strategic Defense Peace Platform") misfiring when they perform their startup tests which results in Santa Barbara, California being set on fire & killing two former presidents

It's closer to reality than most understand...it was in the 80s, at it's inception & design, much of it at Battelle in Hanford, Washington as PNNL

Was this a Timeline Loop?
Predictive Programming?
Coincidence?

All are possible, but when you see the data lined up, I feel there is compelling reasons to believe it's Timeline Looping which I explain a bit after the scene from Robocop.
