Spotsylvania School Board 1-13-2025 DEI hire seeks employment!!

whats the point of this school board meeting? well spotsy schools superintendent has said his main focus is to hire DEI hires at the schools. they hired a mexican immigrant with a supposed green card from new york state and a license from new york state. although now there are other reports he was illegally here. he could not speak english. with FOIA requests, they do not know who hired him, who filled out his applications, what department he was at, nothing. the records are magically gone

if that isnt bad enough, the real issue is that he was caught diddling multiple special needs children that were 4-5 years old on the bus. oh and they dont even know who reported this when they caught him.

yet spotsy hasnt change any policies to prevent something like this from happening again.

so i went to bring these points up, because someone needs to expose the insanity going on there!

el superintendente, Doctor Clint Mitchell, says that he want to focus on DEI hires only for spotsylvania county schools. el superintendente tambien - also - says that he want to focus on addressing inequity and create a 'globalized school'

does el superintendente want to follow hulk hogan as well and say "whatcha gonna do when the Latin X take over your escuela?? y we make the 'no more odor' nueva world order? will he say what the great lucha librador k-dawg says? ORALEE!!! ARRIBA LA RAZA!!!! si??

our community is mucho upset with what has happened in the news, maybe if you require 2 degrees (hold up 2 deodorants) this no happen again.

why spotsylvania county no require background checks for DEI hires like el abusador de niños on the bus?? why no change in policy? yo hear about some realmente malos hombres that want to be in schools to harm the children. why would you hire a bad hombre that you no check background, he no have degree (hold up deoderant), he no speak english, he no even have virginia drivers license?

Virginia has problem with laws para (for) background checks. dey solamente reviews records of abuse in Virginia. Employment applicants are only required to provide 5 years of history. If an individual moved to Virginia from a state that does not share their child abuse registry with Virginia, then the school division could not obtain important information. If the employment applicant is from another country, there is zero chance to know their criminal record. Why would our schools take the risk of hire DEI hire?
