Don't be shy, now you can have as much Cannoli filling that you want. Perfect and pretty for any occasion and maybe you'll need a double batch. The biggest tip on this recipe is to drain the ricotta cheese if you skip this part your dip will be thin and soupy. Also, you will want to keep this refrigerated.

Recipe

Cannoli Dip:
1 1/4 Cups (15oz container) Cup whole milk Ricotta Cheese, drained
1 Package of 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (fold in)

Pie Crust Dippers:
1 Store bought Pie Crust
1/3 Cup Butter, melted
Sugar for dusting

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
