16 Street Stabbings Spree in Denver CO - Drugs, Homeless and the Mental Health Crisis

On January 11th and 12th Elijah Caudill, 24 went on a stabbing spree. He stabbed 4 people, killing 2 including a 71 year old flight attendant Celinda Levno. Drugs have created this mental health and homeless problem in America.
