Savory Crustless Spinach Quiche Recipe, Inspirational Thought

CRUSTLESS SPINACH QUICHE
Beat 6 eggs
Add:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (we use Dukes)
3/4 cup light cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
Mix together well
Add:
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 3/4 cup finely chopped spinach
Mix until well blended

Pour into a baking dish
Bake on 350 for 35-40 minutes or until there's no wiggle in the middle
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving
