Man Who Killed Illegal Migrant In Subway Attack Will Not Be Charged

A man who killed an illegal migrant on a New York City subway after a group of migrants tried to rob him, will not face any charges.

The 69-year-old homeless man who was sleeping at the time he was attacked, stabbed two of the migrants during the attack.

ICE has confirmed that at least three of the suspects are illegal migrants, including the migrant who was killed 37-year-old Stalin Moya of Ecuador.
Moya been arrested multiple times over the last year for numerous different crimes, including felony assault, felony robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
The incident happened– just hours before an illegal migrant from Guatemala allegedly set a woman on fire on a subway in Brooklyn.
Four suspects are now facing charges for attacking the homeless man.
Prosecutors decided not to prosecute the homeless man after former Marine Daniel Penny was acquitted in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely on a New York City subway.
