Biography
Carlos Encarnacion is the co-founder and Principal at Alliance Multifamily
Group. He is responsible for leading the execution of the company’s strategies
to provide value-add apartment buildings to our investors and deliver high quality
housing to our residents. He currently owns a 72-unit apartment
complex in Waco, Texas, 180 Apartment unit in Temple TX, and a 214-unit
apartment complex in Hurst TX alongside other investors and he is also an
equity partner on a 192-unit class B apartment complex in San Antonio, TX.
His goal is to control over 4000 apartment units by year 2030. He is a
Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the states of Texas and has more than 21 years
of construction and real estate experience.
