Enjoy and join in the Energy Clearing, Balancing, and Uplifting at the beginning of this session. You may just listen, or listen AND watch the images in a relaxed and meditative state. The energy that comes through the words and Light Language during these sessions will upgrade the listener, as these Light Codes are Universal and traverse time and space!

Sarah’s intention for this session is to release the blocks in her throat and sacral chakras, in order to step into the full essence of her being and manifest the life that she knows she is supposed to be living. This intention is programmed into the waters of Taryn and Sarah’s bodies, into the atmosphere, and broadcast out across time and space.

After crossing the portal of the sun and gathering our Teams of Light, Sarah asks The Guides about the pain in her neck and the feeling she is experiencing of choking. She also asks if the Sea Kelp she is taking will help this situation. The Guides point to her lifetimes as “Medicine Men/ Women,” and why this draws her to these remedies.

They explain that medicinal remedies are a beautiful 3D representation of clearing old energies and upgrading the system. In this way, utilizing them is a good idea as a healing modality, but they are not necessary in the sense that these ailments may also be cleared in the energetic realm.

The Guides point to the “silencing” of people’s voices on the planet as a reason for neck and throat pain. They explain that often, Lightworkers are perfectionists, and tend to try to push through the pain and blockages. They caution not to push too much against the blocks, because this causes strain. Instead, to recognize the blocks, clear them as they come up, and work gently to become more and more open.

The Guides go into a deep explanation of the difference between the “freedom codes” of the younger self, and the wisdom of the older self, and why integrating these energies is so beneficial to making decisions about what to do on your path of life. They remind us that we create our own paths, and that when we are “In The Flow,” we can start down a path and course-correct if needed, so anxiety and over-planning is unnecessary.

They circle back to talking about how different natural supplements for health carry different codes and connections to aspects of the planet and Gaia’s spirit.

The conversation then moves to the upgrading and shifting energies of Ascension and how Lightworkers can integrate these adjustments and allow the re-alignment of their energies. They encourage Sarah that her deep connection to Gaia and the animals will help her and others shift easier, an explain the importance of connecting to nature in order to release the false 3d matrix.

The Guides then address the pain in Sarah’s hip and digestive system. They talk about the necessity of releasing chronic anxiety and stress through deep and focused breathing and conscious release.

They talk about the Black Box Programs that were targeting Lightworkers and keeping their energies small. Using the metaphor of MK Ultra programming, they explain that at this point, the slave-masters are gone, and it is only the programming that Lightworker has that is keeping them enslaved. When they realize that they are actually free, they can release the old slave patterns.

The Guides finish with Light Language and heal the spiral energy in the spine, in order to bring relief to the neck and hips. They encourage Sarah to release her focus from the pain in the neck and hip, and to bring her focus to the Heart and Solar Plexus Center instead. Ending with much Love and much Light!!!
