Instead, he should get out of a treaty titled The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

This, Newman argues, would be much harder to reverse, adding that the U.S. must also get out of the UN, thereby eliminating the threat from tyrannical institutions like the World Health Organization from American life.
