4. Lookup 4 ascii glyphs from font table
5. Stamp glyphs of 4 channel values
6. Addative Blend
7. Tone Map Division Collapse

If you setup image cleverly with 2x2 pixel seeds spaces out by 32 pixels , this blurr filter becomes a magic ink filter that decodes hidden text .

Used on a normal image it just looks like a stylistic blur .
