1:21 - I am not for sterilization of kids, but it is allowed in a local Colorado law to treat kids as young as 11 without any parental permission.
I am for minors getting help for STD's and birth control, but wish we could still get parental permission for children 16 and under. (There is a movement to cut parents out of the relationship with their own children in medicine, school, society.)
