15-Year-Old Kid Covers Ed Sheeran For School Talent Show
Payton Kemp has been singing since he was 3 years old. He loves to perform and loves to be on stage. Check out his amazing talent as he covers Ed Sheeran's 'Thinking Out Loud' during his school's talent show. Amazing!
Having remarkable musical memory, an "ear for music", possession of a sense of rhythm, and emotional susceptibility to music is called musical talent. Almost all people in one way or another have all these gifts from nature and, if desired, can develop them. Now, outstanding musical talent is much less common. To the phenomenon of exceptional musical talents can be attributed a "set" of psychological properties of the artistic personality: absolute hearing, phenomenal musical memory, outstanding ability to learn, and creative giftedness.
As you can see in the video at the top of the page Peyton can both sing and play the piano, flawlessly and masterfully. His voice is still young but he sings effortlessly. Watch the reaction of the kids in the audience. They are overwhelmed. At moments the entire situation seems like that in the grand talent shows aired around the world.
The gift of virtuosic playing musical instruments is most often than not accompanied by a vocal musical talent, but they are not the same, although they seem to be identified as such. The highest technique of having the command over the instrument, which gives unlimited freedom to performing movements, for the musical genius, first of all, is a means that allows him or her to reveal the content of music in a deep and inspired way.
A distinctive sign of unusual musical abilities is their early manifestation. Gifted children are characterized by a strong and rapid memory of music and a penchant for composing music. Children with musical talent already intonate by the age of two, and by 4-5 years they learn to freely read sheet music and reproduce the note text expressively and meaningfully. The child prodigy is an unexplained miracle by science. It happens that the artistry and the technical perfection, the maturity of the performance of young musicians is better than that of the adults.
If you enjoy young musical talents as much as we do, take a look at this next video. This inspiring disabled teen stuns school talent show.
Jared, who is confined to a wheelchair with spinal muscular atrophy, took his first step toward sharing his vocal talent with the world when he entered his school’s talent show. With his father by his side on guitar, Watson started singing a song made famous by Randy Travis, “I Told You So.” Your jaw will drop once you hear Watson start singing. His voice is strong and powerful, and his range is impressive. He can hit the lowest of low notes and the highest of high notes with ease.
No one knew what to expect, but everyone was swept out of their feet. When his video was uploaded and got viral on YouTube, the rest was history! But what makes the performance all the more inspiring is his obvious love for the music. You can tell how much that moment meant to him, and it shows through the genuine nature of his performance. Watson’s condition may have robbed him of his muscle movement, but it hasn’t robbed him of his amazing voice. He isn’t going to let anything stop him from achieving his dreams.
