Rev Fr Ebube Muonso Again Raises Alarm on Insecurity in Anambra State Government

Children, no matter the gang up of the enemy or their evil plans against you, my God will scatter them in the name of Jesus Christ, amen. Especially the humans, if you are from Anambra, you don't need to be told that this time around you have to be alert in the spirit. There is no security in Anambra State, and your Governor is not interested. He's interested in what? Second term. He's preparing for a second term.

Most often, I ask myself, do some of our politicians have a conscience at all? You are a governor of a state, and people are dying on a daily basis in your state, and you are celebrating Christmas, celebrating anniversaries. Most often, I ask myself, these people, where is their conscience? For you to know that they have sold their conscience to the devil. They're not interested whether you are alive or dead. They are not. What they are interested in is power. They want power, and most often they lie in order to cover their evil activities.

Can you imagine the Governor telling the people that there is security in his state? Those governors lie a lot. Politicians now, they say there is security, but the governor is going with what kind of security outfit? I don't know whether you are seeing the convoy of the Anambra State Governor. Both armored tankers, army, police, all sorts of them. So for them, they are well-guarded. Nothing will ever happen to them. But what of the lives of the people, the poor masses who have no money to hire an armored tanker or army to protect them?

I am crying that God Almighty will protect the lives of the children of God in this state called Anambra. There is no security. That's why the kidnappers are so relaxed. People from various states, all of them, kidnappers from other states, all of them are hibernating in and around Anambra State now. And to my greater chagrin, the bush in Anambra State, we have very little landmarks. It's not that we have massive landmarks that the forest guards or security men cannot invade. The forest is too small that they can cover it within even a day.

Ask your Governor what he is doing with your security vote. Security vote, billions every month. Let him save the lives of Anambrians because he's not doing anything. Patching roads here and there is not good governance. Roads with substandard materials that will not even last or stand the test of time. Anambrians should rise and take up their state. People are dying on a daily basis.

Two days ago, along Nnewi Road, a young girl was killed, dropped by the roadside. Can you imagine a state where someone can stay in the kidnappers' den in Anambra State for 30 days, and you have a governor eating three square meals, going to the gym on a daily basis to keep fit, while people are dying on a daily basis? Oh, may God have mercy.

My children, I decree and declare, you shall not die, you shall live, amen. I release the fire of Zechariah 2:5. The word of God said, "I will be for you a wall of fire, and you will be the glory inside the fire." Matthew, you shall not die, you shall live, amen. You shall not die, you shall live, amen.

During the time of Peter Obi, Anambra State was declared by the IG the safest state in Nigeria. Obi fought insecurity with an aggressive approach. A good number of them left the state. What is happening in our own time? The Governor is the chief security officer of the state by virtue of his position, the number one citizen. They only rely on you to protect the lives of your people. Anambrians should rise. I wonder what they are doing with the security vote money in Anambra State. House members are keeping quiet. Now is your turn. One of you has been in the kidnappers' den since 24th December. I've been praying for that young man and continue to get negative messages. The other day, I saw the mother. The mother cried to me, "Father, where is my son?" And I said to her, "Ask your Governor, ask the government of Anambra State."
