Crowds form as police move again to arrest South Korea's Yoon

Protesters crowded near impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol's residence in Seoul, South Korea, early Wednesday (January 15) as authorities investigating Yoon made another attempt to execute an arrest warrant over insurrection accusations related to his Dec. 3 martial law declaration.
