I’ve been thinking about getting LASIK for a while now because I’m tired of the hassle of glasses and contacts, and I love the idea of waking up and being able to see clearly without any help. There are risks like dry eye, but the results are usually life-changing for most people who get it. I’ve done my research, and I feel like this procedure could give me a serious quality-of-life boost. It’s an investment in my health and freedom from the constant maintenance of corrective lenses. I’ve had bad vision for as long as I can remember. I had to wear glasses or contacts at all times, otherwise the world around me would look blurry and was exceptionally debilitating. That is why I elected to get LASIK, which is a popular eye surgery that uses a laser to reshape the cornea and drastically improve eyesight.
