Last Wednesday, one of our railroad customers in the southwestern region reached out to Sharon via email about 3:45 pm. They were out of Wheel Mounting Compound WM-10™. They ordered one drum and a bucket to be shipped UPS Next Day Air. Later in the evening, around 6:30 pm, Sharon received a phone call while grocery shopping to discuss options and confirm the plans for shipping the product. Sharon and Ed pulled everything together early Thursday morning, and both items shipped the same day.
