Want a quick all body workout but are short on time?

This workout includes:
*Feel good warmup
*Standing arms, no weights
*Quadriceps - front of the thighs
*Hamstrings - back of the thighs
*Abdominal work on the floor
*Stretching on the floor

This workout is great to add after or before a walk. It is designed to do when you are short on time.

I have been teaching Barre, Pilates, Essentrics and Yoga since 2014.
