Side plank timeline PR set

Just recently, I timed a plank & then decided I should actually set a bar & keep reaching for that & beyond instead of just the typical 1 to 2 minute with multiple sets which helped get me here.

While those serve a great purpose the extra time under tension, #tut I believe is better for endurance and at this point, I certainly have the strength but want to push into a new category & improve my overall endurance #fitnesslevel
