In 1982, Soviet cosmonaut Valentin Lebedev went into space to live aboard the Salyut 7 space station. The mission lasted 211 days, a record at that time. During this mission, he kept a diary, which became the basis for his book, Diary of a Cosmonaut: 211 Days in Space. In this video, Alexander Nikitin focuses on some interesting moments from this diary in comparison with similar experience of NASA astronauts.
