Ground Beef stew combines ground beef and vegetables in a rich and savory broth. It has become a favorite of mine since it contains all the delicious flavors of a traditional beef stew minus the time! This hearty and cozy soup will become a staple in your household!

Ground Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons flour
4 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 large in potatoes peeled and sliced, cut slices into 4ths
3 carrots, sliced
2 cups frozen peas
Optional - bread for serving

Directions
Heat oil in the pan over medium high heat, and sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in flour.
Stir in beef broth, soy sauce and Worchester sauce.
Add potatoes and carrots and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium low, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Stir in peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with bread if desired.
