FALLOUT Creator Doesn’t Know What Gamers Want | Triple-A Industry in Trouble

Fallout creator, Tim Cain, came out recently to say triple-A developers don’t know what gamers want because he claims they just say what they don’t like.

This comes across as the sort of disconnect which is a large contributor for why major releases have been failing. For starters developers could choose to not do what gamers say they don’t like. They could also look to games that are successful and see what they’re doing. Tim Cain is putting all the blame on the audience as if it’s their job to creator a road map for developers, but they do give valuable insight if developers listened.
