The glory of God (Hebrew: KABOWD) is often described as the weighty Presence. When the glory of God can be seen it is always called “SHEKINAH.” The Shekinah glory is the VISIBLE Presence of God dwelling in a place (Tabernacle) or person.

Shekinah is a noun meaning “dwelling or residence”. The noun form is actually not in the Bible. The verb form SHAKAN (to dwell) is in the Bible.
