Journalist visits Los Angeles Fire Dept repair yard

This is maddening. Unbelievable. These are fire trucks and paramedic trucks just sitting in a Los Angeles Fire Department repair yard. This is such a waste of resources. Someone needs to be fired for this and the broken fire hydrants, and not enough fire fighters, and shutting down the reservoir nearby without backup plan or expediting the necessary repairs.
