Hazard insurance, PMI, and MIP... why?

Insurance and why it is needed.
There are 3 kinds of Insurance related to mortgages:
1. EVERY Mortgage will need Hazard insurance.
2. Private Mortgage Insurance also known as PMI.
3. For government backed loans mostly associated with FHA loans are known as MIP or Mortgage Insurance Premium.
