This Faith based Total Body Workout is full of prayer, exercises, stretches and encouraging Scriptures on Courage. We can strengthen our Spirit, mind and body all at the same time!

You can do these Pilates for the Soul exercises and stretches with or without weights or equipment.
They are for all Fitness Levels and Ages.

These are just a few of the bible verses from the workout! Hope they encourage and strengthen you, as we shape our bodies and hearts for God’s purposes!
