Is this why Labour doesn't want an inquiry into paedophiles?

Ivor Caplin, the ex-Labour MP and head of Jewish Movement was caught red handed and quietly suspended from the Labour party over child sex offences.
Since then the media have focused entirely on an Asian grooming gang who were arrested in 2012 around the same time news emerged that Sir Kier Starmer refused to investigate another prolific paedophile, Sir Jimmy Savile. Starmer used a law firm to hold an inquiry into why there was no inquiry into Savile. The law firm he used would be the same firm he'd later work for which drew criticism of a cover-up and a conflict of interest rendering his inquiry into a non-inqury.
The timing of all this old grooming gang news re-surfacing and the constant association of Asian or Pakistani men has been seen as a distraction from much more powerful paedophiles higher up in the British Establishment food chain operating with impunity.
Remember Jeffrey Epstein was one of them. Other past names mentioned, buried and include alleged are Sir Clement Freud, Lord Greville Janner, Lord Leon Brittan, Sir Kieth Joseph and Brooks Newmark
The question is, is there a connection between these two 'gangs'?
Is one gang protecting the other while trying to expose them at the same time as being the only culprits while hiding behind obfuscation and a conspiracy of silence?
