High Dessert Off Road - Hooker Canyon

We took a trip out here as a group to map this trail because "it is threatened to be closed by a TMP review"
Word is that they want a huge solar farm on that land which will shut many of the trails out there down.
It's supposed to be "managed" by BLM. The only things they're good at is taking land from the farmers and the people. That's not management!
