How to Please God? - Ravi Chandran

As Hebrews 11:6 states, "And without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."

So, what is faith? The substance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen. This simple yet profound biblical definition can easily be misunderstood with paganistic rituals such as working for rewards. Our salvation from Jesus is solely based on faith by grace. Yet, James tells us that faith without works is dead.

How do we balance faith and work without falling into the trap of trying to earn our rewards instead of relying on God? In this video, we take a deep dive into this topic and clear up misconceptions about what it means to walk by faith and not by sight.
