Riots, Workplace Slowdowns & Chaos = Language of Angry Employees (#ceo #hr #business #leadership)

"Riots are the language of the oppressed" - Dr. Martin Luther King.

Gallup says 16.5% of employees are actively disengaged, disruptive or hostile toward their employers.

In this clip from my most recent interview with Jason Greer, he talked about how "riots" at work don't always show up looking like broken glass or burned-out buildings.

When employees feel disrespected, taken advantage of, or "oppressed," they don't always quit and move on. They STAY, invite union activity, sabotage their work product and cause other chaos.

Remember that people matter most.

Select the best. Avoid the worst. Treat them right.
