Alternate Reasons for LA Fires

There's something suspicious about the Palisades Fire. Wildfires in California aren't new, but the timing, location, and circumstances around this one, they don't add up. Here's what we know.
1. Water reservoirs were allegedly emptied before the fire started.
2. Insurance companies, including State Farm, allegedly dropped entire neighborhoods.
3. Their fire department's budget was slashed this year by the mayor, leaving firefighters short-staffed.
Now, the fire is ripping through 1,200 acres and putting 25,000 homes in danger. Officials blame the Santa Ana winds, but what if this isn't just a wildfire?
