400-450 g all-purpose flour

1 l strained sour cream
200 g icing sugar

*filling*
350 g preserved cherries(or fresh if you have)
350 g walnuts

for decor 50-60 g white chocolate

►Zutaten:
*teig*
200 g saure Sahne
200 g ungesalzene Butter
eine Prise Salz
1 P Vanillezucker
6 g Backpulver
400-450 g Allzweckmehl

*creme*
1 l passierte saure Sahne
200 g Puderzucker

*füllung*
350 g eingemachte Kirschen (oder frische, wenn Sie welche haben)
350 g Walnüsse

für die Verzierung 50-60 g weiße Schokolade

►Ingredientes
*masa*
200 g de nata agria
200 g de mantequilla sin sal
una pizca de sal
1 p de azúcar vainillado
6 g de levadura en polvo
400-450 g de harina

*crema*
1 l de nata agria colada
200 g de azúcar glas

*relleno*
350 g de cerezas en conserva (o frescas si tiene)
350 g de nueces

para decorar 50-60 g de chocolate blanco
