Phyllodes tumours are mostly benign breast tumours (non-cancerous) but rarely can be malignant (cancerous) too.

• The nerves might show clearly

Diagnosis and treatment
Scans are done to determine the type of tumour and if it is inconclusive biopsy is done. If it is benign, phyllodes tumour surgery is done to remove the lump. It is borderline between benign and malignant, the lump is removed through surgery and follow-up is needed.
