today my friend dead.but his sponcer not allow to send his death bodyfor family

he is dead i ask his sponcer he not go home 9 years ago.please give paper his family want see him.but he not allow.why people do like this.he is very bad person.but peope forget everything. but god not forget.inshaallah soon hr also lose his family inshaallah.
