In mythology, dragons are described as snake-like hybrid creatures. Dragons exist in almost all cultures. In Western cultures, the dragon is usually seen as a symbol of chaos, destruction and misanthropy. In most legends and stories, a hero or knight defeats the dragon. In Asia, on the other hand, the dragon is a predominantly positive mythical creature that symbolises fertility and luck. The dragon is one of the most widespread mythical creatures in European fairy tales and legends. Some cultures believe that dragons have a pack with the devil. The oldest depictions of dragons come from Asia from around 4700 to 2900 BC. In Chinese folklore, dragons have magical powers and are very long-lived - it is believed that dragons take thousands of years to reach maturity. In Chinese Kung Fu, the dragon is considered the highest of the animal styles. Dragons are very old mystical mythical creatures. There are numerous films, series and fairy tales about these fascinating mythical creatures. I would be interested to know where the dragon myth comes from. How do you think the dragon myth came about? I would be very happy about a like and a subscription.

I am constantly creating videos about mythical creatures and general facts about animals.
