2 Corinthians 10:1-6

Paul was facing opposition from false apostles who had endeared themselves to some in the church at Corinth. In this section of his letter, Paul reminds us that we are not at war with flesh and blood. We fight a spiritual battle that has been waged against Christ and His Church. Spiritual battles are fought with divinely powerful weapons. Truth, godly wisdom, faith and obedience are key components in this battle. We must remember God's wisdom is far above the wisest of men. Equipped with divinely powerful weapons, we destroy the arguments of the enemy and take every thought captive to the obedience in Christ.
