It Is Intentional Actions Made To Look Like Incompetence In Order To Escape Accountability For Crimes Against The People. Every Damn Time.
The Entire Biden Administrative Term Can Be Described In An Exercise In This Technique. Even Excusing His Blatant Criminal Activity By Saying He Isn't Competent Enough To Stand Trial.
